  - 8am PT Wednesdays

  - Moved to interconnect task group

-------------
New Discussion:

- Fangyi: We are now discussing some issues in two meetings
- Arpad: This will speed things up
- Fangyi: The concern is about the time spent in meetings
- Walter: We should have interconnect status reports on the ATM agenda
- Radek: We can try the two meetings but the burden may be too much

BIRD 123.4 IBIS-AMI New Reserved Parameters for Jitter/Noise:
- Walter showed the BIRD
- Walter: This is mostly copy and paste into the new format
- Mike L: Why does it have draft 2?
- Walter: It is being reworked ahead of the next Open Forum submission
- Walter: The Tx_DCD definition changes
- Arpad and Bob had questions on editorial format
- Walter: RjDj is changed to Dj in one place
  - David Banas asked for an additional clarification sentence about Rx_Clock_Recovery_Dj.
  - 0.0 is changed to "<numeric literal>" in some places
  - Examples changed to Example where there is only one
  - David also requested a change to Rx_Rj, should we discuss this now?
- Arpad: We need time to think about this
- Walter: Rx_Noise can be Info or Out, the latter was omitted
  - Some Defaults are given as "Illegal"
- Bob: "Undefined" may be better
- Walter: The editorial group should handle this
- Ambrish: For Rx_Clock_Recovery_Sj the typ/min/max order is wrong for Corner
- Walter: There is no order constraint for Corner
- Walter saved the document as draft 3 and will send it for posting
- Arpad: We should all look over the unaccepted changes

AR: Walter send updated BIRD 123.4 for posting

Walter motioned to untable BIRD 121
- Arpad seconded
- There was no objection
- Walter: Greg Edlund may have comments on parts of this

BIRD 150 Dependency Table:
- Walter showed BIRD 150.1
- Arpad: Will this be in the new format?
- Walter: It will be converted
- Arpad: Eliminating Type could reduce errors and size
- Walter: Usage must be before Table
- Bob: ColumnTypes should be ColumnUsage
- Arpad: It is required for the referenced parameters to be defined above
- Mike L: Types in DependencyTable is redundant
- Bob: Disagree, or it should at least be spelled out that way
- Walter: I can rewrite this incorporating Arpad's idea
- Radek: If DependencyTable is a new format it can have new rules

- Walter: Rs and Voh are Info because the EDA tool uses them
- Arpad: If only the dependency table uses a parameter it should not be Info or In
  - Info means it is for the tool and In is for the DLL
- Walter: The tool implements the dependency table
- Arpad: This is a small distinction, but it may confuse developers
- Walter: Adding DT_control may be confusing
- Mike L: The dependency table is not a third executable
  - All parameters go to either the DLL or the tool

AR: Walter send updated BIRD 150.1 for posting

Arpad: More responses to the recent emails about working directory would help
- Walter: It should be the CWD when the simulation is run
